Hello Everyone! Its me... Claudia! Hope you have had a great week! Today I will be talking to you a little bit about the Making Memories Tag Maker. This tool has quickly become one of my favorites. It is so easy to use; there are so many different embellishments you can make with it. That's right... its not just for making tags! It comes with everything you need to get started including a circle and square template, so you can cut out the exact size shapes you need; and a pack of circle rims, and one of square rims. Here are a couple of projects I have made with it.
It is great for "framing" mini photos. Here is a 6x6 layout that I made with one single group photo of my boys. I used Spellbinders new Labels Nine for the title. They truly are best buddies!
Did you know you can also use these picture tags on presents? Don't you think the kiddies would have fun getting their own present from under the Christmas tree? All they would have to do is find the present with their picture tag on it.
For this card I used the square rims and decorated them with ribbon to look like presents. The green card stock is embossed with Cuttlebug's Happy Birthday embossing folder. For the pattern paper, I used American Craft's new Blue Skies collection. I didn't have the best lighting, so the embossing doesn't show up as well; I apologize for that.
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Oh, and because we are spotlighting the Making Memories Tag Maker, DCRU is having a special sale! The Tag Maker is on sale for 30% off regular price starting today through Sunday! Don't forget that the Spellbinders sale is also going on right now: 35% off through tomorrow! Oh, and one last thing... There are still some Copic Markers in stock, and they are still 2.99 each!
Have a happy scrappin' and card makin' weekend!
